Flatbed Trailer Stolen

A reward is being offered to help investigators find who got away with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of computer equipment.

It happened at the AWC Carriers Trucking Company in Wicksburg last Saturday night.

That's when someone stole more than $320,000 worth of computer equipment.

A truck towing a flatbed trailer, loaded with a gray shipping container that was ready to deliver 840 computer monitors to Nashville.

But, someone got in the back lot and unhooked the truck, then hitched their own vehicle to the load and drove away with the entire shipment.

The trailer's number is 5258AF with an Alabama license plate 38TR5681.

Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information about the crime, that number is 793-7000.

The FBI is also working the case.
