A Bay County man has been sentenced to prison for helping an accused killer.
Eric Baker was ordered Tuesday to spend the next eight years behind bars. He also received eight years probation.
Baker was convicted of providing transportation and assistance to the primary suspect in a murder case.
Daryl Black is the triggerman
He was convicted earlier this month of robbery and murder for the April shooting death of Woodrow Cherry III.
Black is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday.
He faces up to life in prison.
