Earlier today the Patriot Guard Riders collected donations at the Southside Wal-Mart in Dothan for the Wiregrass honor flight.
The group supports veterans in many different ways, including making appearances at local veteran services and fund raising.
These motorcycle riders hope to raise $4,000 for veterans so they can see the World War II memorial in Washington D.C.
"They won't be around much longer to enjoy this. Let’s come out and do our part. They already did theirs, so we should come out and support them and see them get this ride. It’s monumental and it's a once in a lifetime experience" says Jimmy Shiver, Captain of the Patriot Guard Riders
The patriot guard riders hope to collect more money in two weeks outside the enterprise Wal-Mart.
The date and time has yet to be announced.
