Rebuilding Iraq

President Bush is set to ask the United Nations to join in rebuilding Iraq, but he's not going to apologize for the Iraq war.

The president heads to New York Tuesday for his first General Assembly speech since the war.

However, Bush faces an uphill battle to get a new UN resolution encouraging donations of cash and troops. Many allies want a bigger U.N. role, and a quicker handover of power to Iraqis -- than Washington is ready to agree to.

After his address, Bush has two days of meetings with foreign leaders, including French President Jacques Chirac, who's called for an immediate end to the U.S.-led occupation.

Meantime, Bush says he'll defend the Iraq war as "the right decision." He tells Fox News it's time to put aside pre-war differences.
