At the request of the victim's families, a Geneva man's 10-year state prison sentence was commuted to just four-year probation.
Last month, David Gilley pled guilty to three-counts of manslaughter in the deaths of three persons.
Including his four-year-old son, Gilley was the driver in a two-vehicle wreck which occurred outside of Samson in July, 2005.
Gilley was reportedly speeding at the time of the wreck.
In addition to probation the defendant is also ordered to pay $2,500 in fines and court costs.
