A Dothan man will have to wait to stand trial for capital murder.
Attorneys for 23 year old David Phillip Wilson withdrew from the case Tuesday, saying there was a break-down in communication.
Wilson is accused in the beating and strangulation death of 64 year old Dewey Walker.
The victim's body was found in his home on Shields Court in April of 2004.
Police say Wilson also stole Walker's customized van.
Circuit Judge Ed Jackson will have to appoint new attorneys to represent Wilson but the case could go to trial sometime next year
