Andalusia Shooting
One person is dead and another is recovering from injuries after a drive-by shooting in Andalusia.
Around 6 a.m. Tuesday, police said a man in a vehicle fired two shots through the front door of a house at the intersection of Dixon and Barton Streets in Andalusia.
Police believe the suspect and victims knew one another.
When officers arrived they found Judy Miller lying in the back yard. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers also found James Phelps; he had a shotgun wound in his right arm. Phelps was treated and released from Andalusia Hospital.
Police arrested Kenneth Henderson within minutes after the shooting.
He's being held in the Covington County Jail without bond.
