A weekend shooting in Northwest Florida landed one man in the hospital and another in jail.
Thirty-four-year-old Derwin Lee Worley faces a number of charges, including battery with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana.
Worley is accused of shooting another man in the leg during an argument. It happened just before 7 p.m. Sunday night.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Jackson County Sheriff's Department.
