A newly surfaced audiotape message says Saddam Hussein will be back.
The latest tape said to be from the ousted Iraqi leader calls for more attacks. The speaker also predicts they'll be defeated "at any moment,” and that Saddam will return to power.
It tells supporters to continue attacks against Americans, and expresses confidence in an Iraqi victory.
The voice doesn't have the same tone of mourning as a tape released after the deaths of Saddam's sons.
