A Hartford service station owner is in legal trouble in Northwest Florida.

The charges stem from an alleged incident that occurred in Vernon Wednesday night.

Authorities say Al Ray Shoemaker shot into an occupied tractor-trailer.

The driver of the big rig was not injured.

Shoemaker and the owner of the Ozark-based trucking company are reportedly in a dispute.

A similar shooting is also being investigated in the Wiregrass.

Shoemaker is out of jail on a $75,000 bond. His court arraignment is scheduled for December.
