Troy University is expanding it's campus in the far east. Troy has partnered with another campus in china.

Representatives from the People’s Republic of China and troy leaders signed an agreement to create a Two Plus Two study program.

Under the program, students will study for two years in Hebei and finish their Bachelor's Degree in Troy, Alabama.

"We have to build models that will serve our students so in the end; our students will be competitive in a global economy. That's why it's so important,” says Troy University Chancellor Dr. Jack Hawkins Jr.

The program is expected began in the fall of 2007.
