It's finally official!
Employees will start moving into the newly remodeled Houston County Courthouse immediately after the Fourth of July weekend.
County commissioners have voted to hire a professional moving company to handle the job.
The move is scheduled to begin the morning of July 7.
Commission Chairman Mark Culver says he hopes the entire chore can be completed within a few days.
An open house is scheduled for Sunday from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
