Congressman Bobby Bright made a stop in Dothan to meet with constituents.
Bright was one of 11 Democrats who voted against the recent economic stimulus plan in the House. Not one Republican voted for the 650 page bill.
Bright said he feels there are worthwhile investments in infrastructure in the plan, but he's unconvinced the benefits outweigh the high costs.
“I had a package with some spending expenditures that were not good and they were rushing me to vote i decided not to vote for it that was the right thing to do," said Bright.
Bright said he would support a stimulus plan, but there needs to be some changes made before he can do so
