Both sides have rested in the capital murder case of Oscar Doster.
Doster and Bobby Phillips are accused of killing Paul Lemaster of Gantt after the duo escaped from the Covington County Jail about four years ago.
According to the Andalusia Star-News, both sides rested earlier Monday.
Wednesday is a procedural day in the trial.
Closing arguments get underway Thursday.
Prosecutors have conceded evidence shows Phillips was the trigger man, but they say Doster was with him and should be held accountable.
