Ozark Police Make Cocaine Bust

Three Ozark men remain in jail after a weekend drug bust.

Ozark Police, along with surrounding law enforcement agencies searched Highway Host Apartments early Saturday morning.

They say they found a small amount of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and an altered gun.

Thirty-seven-year-old Rickie Banks is charged with one count of cocaine distribution and one count of possession of cocaine.

Forty-eight-year-old Jack Fickle is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, while 28-year-old Earl Rodgers has been charged with possession of an altered firearm.

“We're sending a statement to the people that have decided to be involved in drug activity that it's not going to be tolerated. We're going to stop it,” said Chief Tony Spivey of the Ozark Police Department.

No bond has been set for any of the suspects.
