Police in Defuniak Springs and the state's child welfare agency are investigating the deaths of two 14-month-old toddlers.
Police say they were told that all three had fallen asleep Tuesday, but that the toddlers woke up, opened a door and walked into the pool area.
A medical examiner said drowning was the cause of death.
Police are withholding the victims' names pending completion of the investigation.
