Jury selection began in the capital murder trial of a Dothan man.
Ray Grace is charged with two other suspects in the shooting death of a Dothan man.
Fifty-four-year-old Prah-Kash Shah, was gunned down during a convenience store robbery in April of 2004.
Grace was just 18 at the time of the crime, but he'll stand trial as an adult.
Defense attorneys tried to move the trial because of pre-trial publicity.
They also claim Grace is mentally-challenged and, by law, cannot be sentenced to death even if convicted.
Testimony in the trial is expected to begin Tuesday.
