Areas hard hit by recent wildfires in southern California now face the threat of mudslides.
The fire burned away the vegetation so now there is little to hold back the mud if a heavy rain hits.
Rain is in the forecast for the region next week.
Residents have been filling up sandbags to help minimize the threat.
