A capital murder suspect was back in a Dothan courtroom Tuesday.
Ray Grace is charged with two other suspects in the shooting death of a Dothan man.
54 year old Prah-Kash Shah, was gunned down during a convenience store robbery two years ago.
Grace was just 18 at the time, but he'll stand trial as an adult.
A hearing on motions to surprises evidence in the case was held Tuesday morning.
Judge Larry Anderson says he'll issue a ruling later.
Another hearing in the case is set for August 11th. The trial is scheduled to begin August 14th.
In the meantime, Grace is being held without bond in the Houston County Jail.
