The Wiregrass Salvation Army kicked off their annual Red Kettle Campaign in hopes of raising over 173-thousand dollars this holiday season.
"The Salvation Army has always thrived when the economy has gone lower because that's when everyone pulls together and they realize they need to help each other out," says Lt. Jonathan Howell, Commanding Officer of the Wiregrass Salvation Army.

The kettle campaign will run through December 24th.
