A capital murder suspect goes to court in Dothan next week.
Ray Grace is charged, along with two other suspects, in the shooting death of a Dothan man.
The victim, 54 year old Prah-Kash Shah, was gunned down during a convenience store robbery 2-years ago.
Grace was just 18 at the time, but he'll stand trial as an adult.
A hearing on motions to surpress evidence in the case is set for next Tuesday.
The trial is scheduled to begin August 14th.
Meanwhile, Grace is being held without bond in the Houston County jail.
