A12-member jury will be selected to hear the murder trial of an Enterprise man this week.
In July 2007, Joshua Antron Gray also of Enterprise was fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex off the Boll Weevil Circle.
Several hours after the shooting, Joshua Alexander was found at a residence in Dothan.
Authorities then transferred him to the Coffee County jail.
Police have not officially given a cause for the killing, but News 4 has learned that drugs may have played a factor in the incident.
Testimony in the trial is expected to get underway on Wednesday or possibly Thursday.
