Jury Selection Begins Monday in Nall Trial

On Monday at the Coffee County courthouse in Enterprise, prosecution and defense lawyers are expected to select a 12-member jury to hear the case of a one-time area educator.

Guy "Bubba" Nall is a former driver's education teacher and assistant football coach at Enterprise High School.

Last year, he was indicted on 7-charges of incest. The case comes out of North Central Florida near Gainesville.

There he faces charges of capital sexual battery on a victim under 12-years-old and 3-counts of sexual battery on a child between the ages of 12 and 18.

If convicted in Alabama, he could get between one and ten years in prison.

In Florida, a conviction carries a possible life term.
