Parker Man Dies in Motorcycle Accident

A Parker man died shortly after noon Tuesday when his motorcycle crashed into a car, landing underneath the vehicle.

Panama City Police say 29-year-old Jagger Haskins was traveling south on Balboa Ave at West 12th Street.

He crashed into the side of a car which was turning at the intersection. It was driven by 78-year-old Daphine Rooks of Panama City.

Haskins died at the scene, Rooks was not injured.

Initial indications are the car turned into the path of the motorcycle.

However, the investigation is continuing and charges are pending the complete of the accident investigation.
