A Florida lawman is out of a job after being arrested for DUI.
Calhoun County sheriff's deputy Zack Barber was charged with driving under the influence over the weekend.
The Florida Highway Patrol says Barber appeared to be drunk and passed out in his patrol car.
The vehicle was in a ditch and still in gear with its engine running.
A statement from the Calhoun County Sheriff's Department says Barber was off duty and apparently got drunk at home before leaving in his patrol car.
Sheriff David Tatum fired Barber Monday morning.
