Kentucky Derby Jockey Photo

The New York Times reports Kentucky racing officials haven't been able to find any evidence of wrongdoing.

Santos attended the morning meeting today with his lawyer and agent near the race track to discuss the photograph that prompted the inquiry.

The Times reports officials examined scores of photographs and videotape of the May third race, and even searched the racetrack and turf course where Funny Cide and Santos crossed for postrace ceremonies. The paper says no illegal devices were found.

New York jockeys have rallied behind Santos, saying their colleague is not the kind of competitor who would cheat.
