Washington and Holmes County investigators say they've solved several home break-ins after the arrest of two teenagers.
Holmes County Chief Deputy, Harry Hamilton, did an inventory of the stolen possessions.
He says the suspects burglarized during daylight hours.
They looked for homes with no cars in the driveway. If no one answered the front door, police say they forced their way in; often stealing cash, jewelry, and electronics.
"Produced a dangerous situation. They did find somebody home. That person armed herself and would become a witness. And that's how we arrested them both," said Chief Deputy Hamilton.
The two teenage suspects have each been charged with burglaries in both the Chipley and Bonifay areas.
