A Houston County couple has been arrested after a pipe bomb was found in a trash bin by sanitation workers.
Another, partially assembled bomb was found at the home of Dennis and Salina Widgedon on County Road 75.
Investigators also found a small amount of marijuana.
Authorities say Widgedon claims he intended to use the bombs for fishing but threw one away because it didn't work.
The Dothan Bomb Squad safely got rid of the bomb. Federal charges could be filed in connection with the incident.
