A Pensacola man will be back in court later today, after being found guilty of capital murder.
26-year-old Harry James Davis is convicted of beating to death Peggy Allen Williams in August last year.
The woman's body was found in her home near Marianna.
The same panel that convicted Davis will be asked to recommend the death penalty or life with parole.
