Bush and Blair to Meet

Bush and Blair are expected to go over the progress of the war, and to iron out differences about how Iraq will be rebuilt and run when the fighting stops.

Blair's office is downplaying reports of a rift between the two leaders on the role of the United Nations in administering post-war Iraq. Blair's official spokesman also says the two will discuss the allocation of contracts for reconstruction.

Some British lawmakers have complained that the U.S. Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance is reserving all the work for American contractors.
