Driver in Marine Bus Wreck Faces 23 Charges

A man charged with felony homicide by vehicle for the bus accident on Fort Rucker that killed one marine and injured 22 others.

Seventy-four-year old Howard Glen Miller of Warrior has been charged with 23 crimes, including 8 felonies. Miller was arrested Friday and taken to the Coffee County jail.

He was the bus driver during the crash that happened on March 9th. The bus was carrying marines home after a weekend training exercise.

Miller is being held on a $92,000 bond.
