It seems District Five Dothan City Commissioner, Taylor Barbaree, will be running for re-election.
This is after he first said he wasn't seeking re-election.
The Dothan Eagle reports Barbaree has announced he will seek another term in office.
Reportedly, the reason Barbaree had declined seeking another term was due to his other job at Fort Rucker and family obligations.
Now, he has told reporters he is better able to balance his duties, working at woof radio, spending time with family and serving the City of Dothan.
Elections are next year for districts 1, 3 and 5, as well as the mayor's seat.
