Alabama Schools Get a "C" Average

A new study gives Alabama schools a "C" when it comes to technology with access to computers responsible for the state's average grade.

The study from education week magazine and the editorial projects in education research center in Washington graded on three criteria: access, use and capacity to use technology.

Alabama's overall grade of c is based on a "B" for capacity to use technology, a "B-" on the use of technology and a "D-" for access to technology

West Virginia topped the report with a grade of "A". Nevada ranked last with a "D-".
