Additional Arrest Made In Burglary Ring

An additional arrest has been made in a Coffee-Geneva County home burglary ring.

Coffee County Sheriff's deputies took Karen Dotson into custody. The Enterprise woman is charged with receiving stolen property.

Last week, Michael Killeen and Shane Lee Godbey were also charged with receiving stolen property.

In addition, Godbey faces several robbery charges in connection with a recent rash of store hold-ups along Rucker Boulevard in Enterprise.

The suspects reportedly had taken thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, cash and other valuables from the homes.

Sheriff Dave Sutton credits his investigators and enterprise police with cracking the case.

As the investigation continues, more arrests are anticipated in the home burglary-ring.

Once again enterprise police department is always trying to get a win. This town needs to be investigated for trying to railroad innocent people. If these are the culprits that have robbed these stores for months on why don't they release the man who they are falsely accusing of committing crimes that sits in jail now and they don't have any evidence on him other that the police department coercing the cashier to say it was him at the fuel smart store in enterprise alabama. I hope this man files a lawsuit on them and the prosecution for lack of evidence like the rest are doing. I know the cashier and she is not telling the truth. Stop trying to build a case against innocent people. Alabama needs to be ran by people who cares. Maybe more people should start voting so this mess we are facing can stop.
