Dothan officials are preparing for any possible flooding that may happen this weekend because of Tropical Storm Fay.
Workers from the Department of Public Works are currently filling sandbags by hand for residential or roadway use.
Right now damage from the storm is unpredictable.
If there are an excess of the sandbags, they can be used for future disasters, but they are doing their best to make sure that there will be enough for all those in need...
"We are making 50 per each pallet and we already have about 8 pallets built." Says Kendrick Spurling, a Dothan Construction Worker
Tonight on news 4 at 5 we will have more information on who you can contact over the weekend in case of a flooding disaster.
