A new study shows that many of you know to cut your risk of cancer you have to eat healthier but aren't incorporating the habits into their daily lives.
83% of Americans believe they can reduce their risk of cancer with a healthier diet but they aren't making those changes.
Now the American Cancer Society is sponsoring the “Great American Eat Right Challenge” to encourage healthy eating, including choosing whole grains, fruits and vegetables instead of processed foods and red meats to reduce cancer risk.
For information on easy ways to eat healthier or for more information about the “Eat Right Challenge” you can contact the American Cancer Society at 1-800-ACS-2345.
