A man accused of killing a teenage girl while fleeing from the law is scheduled to stand trial in Dothan this week.
39 year old Robert Wills is being held in the Houston County jail under a half million dollar bond. He's charged with murder int eh death of 15 year old Whitney Lake.
The girls was killed when Wills flipped his truck into a creek while trying to get away from a Houston County deputy.
The deputy spotted the truck parked behind a business but Wills reportedly sped away when the deputy approached.
District Attorney Doug Valeska claims there is evidence that wills may have had sex with the teenager and that's why he tried to get away.
Jurry selection in Wills murder trial is scheduled to begin tomorrow at the Houston County courthouse.
