Charges Pending in Motorcycle Crash

A man is in the hospital in critical condition after an early Thursday morning accident in Northwest Florida.

Police say around 8 a.m. Thursday morning, 85-year-old Annie McCary of Shalimar pulled out into an intersection into the path of an on-coming motorcycle.

31-year-old Richard Pollock of Mary Esther hit McCray's car, throwing him from his motorcycle and landing in a grass median.

McCary suffered minor injuries in the accident.

Both vehicles were totaled.

Authorities say charges are pending.

    85 years old and driving a car??? My God!!!Why do we let 85 year olds drive? These old incapacitated relics put everyones lives at risk.
