An accused killer from Dothan goes back to court next week.
Ray Grace wants his trial held somewhere besides Dothan. He's charged with capital murder.
The victim, 54-year-old Prah-Kash Shah, was gunned down during a convenience store robbery August 13, 2004.
Grace and two other suspects were arrested a couple of weeks later. Grace was just 18 at the time of the crime. He'll stand trial as an adult.
Defense attorneys claim there's been too much publicity about the case and they want the trial moved somewhere else.
A hearing is scheduled for next Thursday. Grace is being held without bond in the Houston county jail.
