Okaloosa County deputies have charged Bennett Keith Cline with attempted sexual assault, battery, falsely impersonating a law enforcement officer and kidnapping.
The victim said Cline pulled her over in an ivory colored Lexus, which she thought was an unmarked police car. She said he then gave her several field sobriety tests.
Cline allegedly told her she was under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.
He then drove to a parking lot where he allegedly offered to drop the DUI charges in exchange for sexual favors. She refused and Cline then drove her back to her car and released her.
