Man Pretended to Be an Officer

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (AP) - Panama City police say they have caught a volunteer firefighter who allegedly pretended to be an officer.

Authorities said Friday 32-year-old Corey Shawn Rohr, of Springfield, is charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer and three counts of false imprisonment.

Authorities say he is also charged with violating his probation and criminal mischief.

Investigators say Rohr is a firefighter with the West End Volunteer Fire Department. He is also charged with violating his probation and criminal mischief.

Authorities say Rohr was on probation for impersonating an officer in 1996.
