What's shaping up to be the longest criminal trial in the history of the Wiregrass area may only be nearing the halfway point in Andalusia.
Kenneth Kevin Henderson is charged with capital murder for allegedly killing Judy Hildreth Miller and wounding another man.
Jury selection in the case began last Monday.
A spokesman for district attorney Greg Gambril says the prosecution may not rest before this Friday or next Monday.
That means jurors may not get the case and begin deliberating before the end of next week.
Henderson could face the death penalty if he's convicted.
