Attempt Robbery Suspect Hit by a Car

Dothan Police say a man tried to rob a local pharmacy and in his attempt to flee was hit by a car.

24-year-old Montana Windsor of Dothan is charged with obstructing justice.

Police say he tried to steal medicine from the West Main Street Walgreens pharmacy.

He was reportedly unsuccessful and fled the store, running out into the intersection of West Main and Westgate Parkway where he was hit by a car.

He fled the scene again but was caught in the 100 block of Honeysuckle Road.

Police say more charges are pending. Windsor has warrants out for his arrest in Florida.
