A "hot" local issue in Geneva County heated-up the airwaves Tuesday morning.
The controversy concerns the temporary jail which is under construction behind the courthouse.
Probate judge and county commission chairman Harry Adkison has repeatedly voted in favor of constructing the jail.
On WGEA-AM's morning talk show, Judge Adkison accused the local media of being "biased" in its reporting.
Adkison believes the media is not asking the right questions and is stirring up opposition to the $250,000 temporary jail.
Radio station program manager Doc Parker denied any bias in its reports concerning the temporary jail and blamed Judge Adkison for trying to create the misinformation.
