A 19-year-old man charged with killing two teens is now out on bond.
Wellborn Pate Johnson was released yesterday after his family posted a $160,000 bond.
His bond had been set at one million dollars, but on Wednesday, Houston County circuit Judge Jerry White reduced it after hearing testimony about the case.
White ordered Johnson to turn in his driver's license and ordered him to wear an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet that detects alcohol.
Johnson is charged with the deaths of 14-year-olds Arita Marie Scoggin and Kimberly Dawn Rabon after his pickup truck collided with a Buick Skylark driven by 16-year-old April Rabon.
