Dothan Shooting

Dothan Police have arrested a suspect in a shooting that seriously wounded one person and endangered the lives of several others.

Twenty-six-year-old Howard James Johnson is charged with first-degree assault.

He's accused of ambushing a man with an assault rifle on East Washington Street in February of this year.

The victim was wounded and some shots also struck a vehicle occupied by women and children.

Johnson's bond has been set at $10,000.
