Healthy Heart = Healthy Brain

There's more evidence that what is good for the heart is also good for the brain.

Researcher's reviewing 26 large studies of older adults found that certain heart health factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, and exercise habits also appeared key to patients’ cognitive function.

A person's ability to learn, reason and remember commonly decline with age, but a growing number of studies show controllable lifestyle factors including exercise and intellectual engagement delay this decline.
