A Dale County man has been jailed following a shooting incident.
Thirty-nine-year-old William Thomas Peet was charged with assault after an argument that left his nephew seriously wounded.
Twenty-four-year-old Jonathan Peet was shot in the back. At last report, the younger Peet was listed in stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit of a Dothan hospital.
Investigators said the two men were apparently arguing over money.
