Officials from the Alabama Emergency Management Agency and FEMA are warning residents about their recent phone changes.
The toll-free registration and FEMA helpline hours have changed.
New hours will be from 5 a.m. until 11 p.m. central standard time, seven days a week.

You may qualify for programs, including rental and housing assistance, low interest disaster loans, state referral services, and various types of counseling services.
The last day to apply for any of these services is March 11, 2006.
