The government is recalling a crib for the 2nd time after the death of a 19-month-old baby in Oregon last month.
The U.S. Consumer product safety commission and the crib manufacturer "simplicity incorporated" are recalling the aspen 3 in 1 cribs with Graco logos on them.
They say the screws on the mattress can come loose, causing the mattress to fall.
The sole victim of the flawed crib died Jan. 6 after two of the mattress support slats came out.
The baby suffocated after becoming trapped between the footboard and mattress.
